I know black Spencers. I feel like Spencer just became white with the crew naming their kids Madison and what not.

Gilliam was a good one tho.
Quentin.
Who…? Michelle Williams? I'm lost.
Not the most common but these may be the "least white" last names I can think of: Covington, Roberson, Braithwaite…any think with an seemingly unnecessary "r" in it or "s" on the end.
It's not that it isn't justified, it's just not particularly fair, considering the breadth of misogyny especially in greek orgs.
Your local college's football team? Worse. Any of the other black orgs? Equal if not worse. I know Kappas are an easy target but come on….
Yeah…but all types of dudes do the things you hear "stories" about. You could say that for any fraternity, team, or basically any group where men congregate and act a fool.
I think there's a disconnect between men and women and some men (and some women too) extrapolate that into this weird generalistic hate.
Naw!
They got the brown sugar unfrosted I believe.
You can eat them hot or cold. No importa.
Barber is the #2 hotep profession behind oil salesman.
All of those? If people are busy getting their services from other places why would they turn to the church which isn't dedicated to a particular service. I mean people don't. It's hard to manage programs and services. It's more reliable to go to a dedicated place that can do it well.
I mean yes obviously. But that makes it a bit harder to supply services on a larger scale with out overarching politics and bureaucracy. Soup kitchens and things are valuable and bit easier to accomplish than gyms, classes, and stuff like that.
I'm not saying churches turn away people in need of any race just that individual churches are their own little fiefdoms that typically serve their own congregation. It's not "public" perse and there's hundreds of them with their own rules and services.
I mean…the JCA's and JCC's are more exclusive by the nature of the faith so that's not entirely the same. As for the YMCA it already exists and provides some of those services. People don't know what the C stands for because they do their work for everyone not just a particular congregation. An individual church…
People have things to do. Like you don't need a multipurpose community building for everything, if you have access to services.
No.
I went to one in LA for the banana bread.
