They do? I don't believe it!

That makes a lot of sense. Brodie is the same way. Hyper intelligent for a cat and very wary of strangers. It took him months to warm up to me when I had to move in with my folks for a bit during a rough patch a few years ago. He's still a bit standoffish but seems happy once he gets my scent. Very generous with the…
Oh, ordered it too.
I dig this quite a bit. Right in my sweet spot. GJAVC!
Hey!!!
I had a black cat, Spazz Attack, who was a total badass. I miss that guy. Have two tabbies now, Cha Cha and Samba. They're total love-muffins.
Thur Wulf.
What's weird is that the review linked there is an A- and says at the end, "the group’s most consistently engaging album in years…"
I'll tell ya, my car seat headrest is too far forward and I can't adjust it, so it's more a car seat head annoyance.
Synchronicity. I just did a purge myself. I didn't even bother counting, there were so many, but I now have three giant sterlite totes almost too heavy to lift of CDs I know I'll never listen to again. The plan is to go through and Discog whatever's worth the time to deal with the listing/mailing process (a good…
Mostly agreed, but the move to a funkier sound (as much as Gary could pull it off) had a freakin' fretless bass. Ugh. Aside from David J's use on the Love and Rockets records, I have an irrational dislike of the fretless bass. It's just not my jam.
The Flaming Lips do a fantastic cover of Space Age Love Song. They did it during the Ronald Jones years, pre Wayne's mid life crisis, so of course it's great. It's on the 20 Years of Weird sndtrk CD. Highly recommend.
I wish you and yours a happy star wars marketing day. I'm off to buy overpriced memorabilia!
God damn you Walter! You fuckin' asshole! Everything's a fuckin' travesty with you, man! And what was all that shit about Vietnam? What the FUCK, has anything got to do with Vietnam? What the fuck are you talking about?
And I just remembered the Restless sub-label partnering with Mute and Blast First and the Restless Retro reissues. All that considered, I realize Enigma was doing god's work. Really a large number of artists that I still listen to and love today.
It also has the extended single mix of Outdoor Miner. With the piano break edited into the middle of the song. Worth having, nonetheless.
Yes indeed. My intto to Dead Milkmen, Wire (of course) Game Theory, and Mojo Nixon, most lastingly. They were such a weird label. All over the place. Stryper and Sonic Youth. Poison and Mojo Nixon all under one umbrella. Their A&R department had to have 30 people who never talked to each other.
Something to do with a thing that happened on tour. I can't remember which interview/press release In which I read this. It wasn't that interesting. Seemed like an inside joke only they fully get.
It was my entry point. Thanks Enigma Variations 2 comp!
We all have our guilty pleasures. I have Christopher Cross' debut on vinyl and CD.
