What about the lawsuits that take place in the RAIN or the in OCEAN eh, eh?

You can't leave it there. Say the name.

Ivanka? I hardly know her.

He's history's greatest monster!

If there's an alternative reality in which Nelson Mandela died in prison, and Shazam was a thing, and it really was the Berenstein Bears, surely there's one in which this fuckwit died in a skiing accident in 1991. If so, can someone give me directions?

The contrast between Obama and Trump is so shockingly stark on every level that I find it hard to accept they can both exist at the same time.

Specifically Alex Jones.

Trump is so unhealthy looking at this point he makes latter day Elvis look like a prime physical specimen.

There's millions of them, for free.

And a pizzaphile or something!

I think 'conniving' is the right fit.

That something so obvious to such a small child should elude so many millions of full grown men and women makes me utterly despair for the future of America and the world.

Not even by his own (dubious) reckoning of his net worth is Trump anywhere near the richest person in the US. Just goes to show how successfully he's marketed himself as a kind of cartoon rich guy by doing things most rich people would find too tasteless. As John Mulaney pointed out, he's like a homeless man's dream

This is a great description, it really is.

If only J.G. Ballard were alive to see this.

…and look, people say that President Trump is stupid, he's ill-informed, malignantly narcissistic, that he's cowardly, that's he's racist, that he's a bully, a supreme conman, that he's terrified of woman, and he's thin-skinned, and he's vindictive, and laughably ill-prepared for the job… that he's unpresidential,

Ah that makes sense. One would hope so anyway!

I agree with you about the insider trading thing, I was just questioning whether she'd lose any money when and if the stock goes back up. My bad - I didn't make it clear which part of you post I was responding to.

Really? I didn't think the Ice Juice share price was expected the get any lower, so she would have bought the cheap shares and returned them to the lender straight away, rather than remain in the short position. That's in my limited understanding of these things anyway.

I'm not sure how any of that is grotesque..
