Um, not really. Doing voice work on an animated movie and working with respectable artists does not count as "slumming," and he is nowhere near "slumming." He is on a career high right now with Black Mass, which he is already earning awards for.

Not really. He got rave reviews for his latest movie, which did well at the box office. Black Mass is a career-best. He is only doing what he wants to do. Can't see how doing a few kids movies makes him "dangerously close" to Nicholas Cage territory. Cage hit rock bottom.
