Maximum Risk is very underrated. It was directed by another HK legend, Ringo Lam. Lam's City on Fire was the biggest influence on Reservoir Dogs.

Point Break or GTFO

Agreed. Although it is in Van Damme's Top 5 along with Bloodsport, Timecop, Double Impact and Lionheart.

Woo's best Hollywood film is "Hard Target." There I said it.
It's watered down Woo, but you can at least tell he was behind the camera.
The first fight scene in that film is stunning.
"Broken Arrow" could have been directed by anyone and "MI2" is downright terrible.
"Face Off" is indeed over the top and fun, but it is

Agreed. Cameron and McTiernan are in the pantheon of greatest action directors of all time.

Got out over a year ago. Has been trying to get various projects off the ground to no avail.

McTiernan may be the greatest action director of all time.

"The Thing" is the best horror film of all time. Period. A masterclass in suspense, tension, ensemble acting, music, practical effects and cinematography. It is easily Carpenter's best film as well.

Saw that. How about this? Please consider making a trip out to western Massachusetts for Tree House which had something like 40 beers in Beer Advocate's Top 250.

Treehouse in Monson. 1hr and 20 min drive from Boston area. Best brewery in Massachusetts right now.

Treehouse in western Massachusetts should definitely be sought out by IPA enthusiasts. Or just beer enthusiasts in general. They owned Beer Advocate's rankings this year.

I'm sorry, but didn't "Big Trouble in Little China" come out in the summer of 1986?
