Somehow they've managed to find the right actress for her character…in that the actress brings the true annoying nature of the character from the comic and makes her more annoying. Profoundly so. Truly she is a gifted actress.

My problem with this season is that there is no arc to it. Last season for good or bad had the campaign arc. Season 3 had the festival planning and the budding Leslie/Ben romance and how that complicates their job thing.
