which reminds me of Cary Grant: Once told by an interviewer, "Everybody would like to be Cary Grant", Grant is said to have replied, "So would I."

you're right. binge watching impairs my judgement.

ah, i just read your comment, it makes mine so obsolete. this really was the season of Shelly. Shelly and Raquel made for some of the absolutely strongest and most beautiful moments. Raquel stepping in that pool in the last episode was so poignant.

after watching season 3, i did a 180 on Shelly. i used to hate her, but seeing her backstory… i think it merited a bigger shout out in the review. funny how people go for different things. finishing season 3 has me only thinking about Shelly, the men in her life and where she might go from here. also, Judith Light.

    all in the eyes

Hannibal broke my heart too, i just don't know how to quit him. Year in year out.

i like to pretend Californication ended with season 1 finale

verity's happiness is the one thing i treasure more than artfully shot scenes of people standing on cliffs. i love watching people standing on cliffs.

kudos to hiro murai and donald glover, atlanta is beautifully directed. it's really a joy to watch, every episode a delightful vignette. the lighting, the composition, it's got an unexpectedly arthouse vibe to it, yet it feels fresh and authentic. this episode could be tighter, pretty excellent nonetheless. great

my dear olaf (hope you're doing splendidly), i never did watch rush. loved him in miranda, can't remember seeing him in the fades… i dare to dream big when it comes to his talent which outsizes his career. i want bigger and better projects, more critical acclaim. he's bursting at the seams with talent and charisma.

from his agent's perspective, certainly. i'm thinking greatness, not the current state of his affairs.

Tom Ellis is magic. i mourn the career he could have had.

people don't seem to like what? in peak tv era? come and visit if that parallel dimension of yours feels lonely

glad to hear someone else is also having bizarrely amusing synchronicities with mr.robot, it's a funny multiverse

made my day, this :) i watched it some nine months ago, can't say i remember when exactly. will we be getting a new season anytime soon?

upvoted for the scooby doo downvote

as all genuine tenderness is mutual and cherished, i tenderly salute you dear olaf, and may we meet again, pink cheeked from gorging on satisfying pop culture and kind, lyleian human interaction

    mesmerizing
