could he be? do you know, are they introducing anyone else apart from dr jekyll this season?

sir ferdinand lyle, patron saint of resplendence and splendor in general

    THIS IS UPSETTING NEWS

only lyle can pull that off elegantly and without offending the hostess. dear, dear sir lyle.

i actually noticed how contemporary and anachronic her makeup was, her eyelashes were visibly coated in mascara. i have a similar problem with brona/lily's makeup. but yes, looking forward to seeing more of hecate.

yes. that bit won me over and their last exchange always moves me to tears. such lovely chemistry.

    thank you

    care to spoil me, please?

the hills were never debunked, as far as i know

having rewatched the episode and giving it more thought, i'll be quite surprised if sweet isn't dracula

i like the sound of that :) (having rewatched the episode, i'm now cautiously leaning towards being mildly convinced it might be dr sweet's voice)

i'm guessing we won't see him or he's already dr sweet

you know what they say, only the truly beautiful aren't afraid of looking ugly

I must say, the premiere was outstanding, best season opener thus far.

bless you for that last sentence, it will be my motto for the following week: let me be resplendently the ferdinand lyle in others' lives. such high standards we set for ourselves.

sir lyle is back and resplendently so

hell, she can take it from beautiful to nightmarish in a single shot

sorry to nitpick, but Spiral had 5 seasons, it's hardly 'mini'. and yes, this is mediocre and offensive to boot.

Thanks, I tried watching season 1 when it first aired. Thinking about skipping season 2 altogether and watching season 3…

I'm not watching Bates Motel, but I do read the reviews because of how tenderly and thoughtfully and beautifully the reviewer analyzes Norma Bates and her struggle with intimacy. Thank you, Genevieve.
