I know he's going to be on Saul, but I really hope they can find a way to get him back, even for a couple episodes.

They did. The first episode of this season explained why they came back to Greendale; basically they're all fundamentally flawed people that need each other for support.

B+

But that still had blandly attractive people and will-they/won't-they. Granted that was between the brothers and only in the minds of the viewers, but still, they had that going. Also, that was pre-CW, back when there was stuff like sitcoms and Gilmore Girls.

Agreed. I've been using it for so long that I've forgotten when it started. I just assume that his name has always been Steakflower and we've always been at war with Eastasia.

Did anyone else see Joe Hill's tweets about SHIELD? I can't tell if he's dead serious or trolling about how much he loves the show and hates people that don't.

AND it involved the ocean!

End of the Beginning? It's episode 16; there's another half dozen episodes after that. With how many delays there have been between episodes I'm starting to wonder if their production schedule is too long and we aren't going to get a full 22-episode season. Maybe next season will be reduced down to 20?

There's Ron Glass. He's a well-off doctor, but he gives some wisdom to Coulson.

Wow you've really fallen in the crapper. Dan Harmon is banning networks now. Yikes.

You mean you don't have access to it? Can't you request it with the dailies or something?

I think he was trying to remember what he had rapped earlier.

In Rubicon's defense, it's ratings weren't the dirt worst at the time. They weren't good, but not bad enough to pull for AMC in mid-2010. HOWEVER, once they aired The Walking Dead and saw how high ratings could be, they dumped it so fast.

Yes! I rely a lot on The AVClub to alert me to when shows I watch are on, so having them mention shows that are of interest to AVClubers but not popular/interesting enough to cover weekly is a good way to remind me that they're on. Also, I forgot to read the Sirens review, so you all just got another page hit.

So I missed out on seeing the Chu episodes. Is there a good place to watch past episodes of Jeopardy!?

Like Laura Palmer, that should probably stay wrapped in plastic.

My main memory of it was a western themed story where Brown went to a saloon and ordered a "beer… root beer."

Check my post higher up. There's some info there about how to watch episodes of the show!

For those that want to watch the series:

So glad you wrote about this show Todd! I've been hoping you'd write something with some length since you tend to mention it as one of the pre-modern era comedies that people need to watch (but haven't). Hopefully this will get more people to check it out!
