There was some line about how they didn't want to kill them because they're being forced against their will to fight (and the tranqs don't work) so they had to disable the supersoldiers with the arm thing. Why they can't take a page out of firefly's playbook and just kneecap them I don't know. I would think the people

I found Bennet pretty likable on Nashville even though we were supposed to hate her for dating one of the leads and keeping him from dating another lead; my guess is a mix of material being bad and she's not strong enough an actor yet to elevate it.

If there's only one more season of Justified, maybe we'll see Goggins as Bullseye in the Netflix series.

Yeah, given the vitriol Sepinwall and Fienberg had for it I was honestly shocked to see the show get such positive reviews here. It seems like a pretty divisive show and that's got to hurt it's chances.

Yeah, I really appreciate when AVClub reminds me it's on. It's a good show and it gives me a chance to call my mom and let her know there's a new episode tonight.

Ugh, this just showed up for me. On Saturday night. Didn't see it when I searched multiple times on Tuesday, but it pops up on the main page on Saturday. Sorry Todd, but the layout's a pain.

In the movie's defense, it opened during a massive snowstorm, so everything suffered that weekend. This probably isn't a sign that Perry's films are loosing popularity, just that Americans hate travelling in the snow.

Why'd it have to be Owen Hart?

Hey, Todd and Sonia are doing the best they can (especially with Hostages!).

What score did you get in the end?

Fuck you too buddy.

I knew of them back around 05-07 when I was hanging out on podcasting sites like podcastalley and podcastpickle. They were always around back then, but never seemed interesting enough to listen to. When a girl I was dating mentioned she listened to all of their stuff (that was around 2010) I was honestly shocked that

I really think KatG should have been disqualified. Even though the voting was open, it was clearly implied to be for AVClub readers, which the voters were not.

The thing about Flophouse though was that for a long time neither show was being covered. They eventually picked up Flophouse, but only did a single drop in on WHM. Hopefully this poll will get them to finally start covering WHM (plus, the 80 minutes on Jim Belushi are the funniest 80 minutes to ever involve Jim).

Thanks for clarifying the Dollhouse rule. I knew about the seven episodes, but I was wondering how that applied to a show with a season that has six or less episodes.

There are so many tv finales this year that were better than Breaking Bad's. 30 Rock, The Office, Mystery Inc, Enlightened, Spartacus, Clone Wars (which actually had the guts to go out with an Ozymandais ending), and Awkward. And that's just TV. That's not including series like Locke and Key, Batman Inc, Chikara, or

The first few times I listened I struggled getting through the Wurster calls. I couldn't understand why Tom would keep someone on the line that kept berating him when he'd hang up on people who were even slightly annoying. Once I realized the voice was the same each week (and googled Newbridge), I started looking

What episode was the hipster blogging and should I check it out?

Where does Hot in Cleveland fall in your list of current 3-camera sitcoms? Whenever there are new episodes I get really in to it.
