How this is not a clear A grade is beyond me. The pinata montage alone is worth an A.

I'm very much willing to give this show a chance - a thought the premiere was promising, I haven't watched this one yet - but I'll give you a firm yes on your closing sentence.
I spontaneously started rewatching Happy Endings after this.
Had far more important things to do, I don't regret a thing.
she really is though, steals every scene she is in
Wow this was great and is promising as hell.
It's super-odd to see this turn up on the AV club movie review and to see it receive such a high grade. I read the book when it came out in Germany (I was 17) and the person who wrote it (Charlotte Roche) used to go to a school merely 200m (yes, metric system) away from my school.
A commented on the last one a few minutes ago and now I saw this episode again and I must say it was very good. And I didn't even think it was rushed. The whole episode felt very organic to me and also answered a few questions nobody asked themselves before watching this episode.
Ted is the guy who believes in love…
I have strongly mixed feelings towards this episode. I've been rewatching HIMYM and though I think the grade is appropriate here, it is also kind of sad, as this episode had potential for so much more. The big fight could have used some more time, because what they showed was awesome. I know it gets kind of resolved…
I'm just rewatching this. Did anybody else notice that during the flashbacks of "Ted and Robin are not gonna end up together" while driving back from Ted's failed wedding Barney is listening to "Single Ladies (put a Ring on it)"? I think one can deduce this from Barney's hand gestures. I had to laugh so hard on that…
Sturgeon. I don't think so, pal.
Well I got it in a record store where it was about 20 bucks. But I guess that just goes for Germany or even just my living area. On amazon, etc. you might find the LP plus access to the download of the digital version, but that often comes with an increase of the purchasing price
It is not just the music. There are actual gimmicks on the LP like one side playing from the inside out, or if you drop the needle on the right spot you can have two intros (one electric one acoustic) to the same song. Or that there is a hidden track below the paper in the middle that runs at a different speed. Or a…
A- for the music. But you should bump that up to an A for the LP because there are quite a few ultracool gimmicks on it.
I've asked myself that question, too. There was one hint I think, when the remaining Giant stemmed up the gate. Something about "I've already put 20 arrows into him, it doesn't work" So exceptional stamina in term of enduring injury seems to be the answer here.
I haven't read the books (as of yet) but purposefully spoilered myself. Would you mind explaining why Thoros of Myr is such a great swordsman? (or is that irony). I'd be very thankful for an explanation.
I'm done with the day. After that last scene I feel like nothing I could do today would be appropriate in response to what I saw.
Zach Woods as so awesome in this show.
but why did he have to go back to the White House this episode then? The first lady/congress don't concern him any more than they do the others in the cast.
Yes that bothered me as well - as it did many others. P&R is one of my favorite comedy shows ever, but as trivial as it may sound, it isn't Veep. People in Veep are most focused on advancing their (already quite successful) careers, without considering the consequences for others.
I mean I like Ben being a part of…
