I would have agreed with you (about next season being the last) but then Supernatural got renewed for it's 11th season.

Unfortunately they are not killing this character, and the reason they are giving for his/her leaving is laughable. But since I've always HATED this character I will still crack open a bottle of champagne and toast this person's exit. I've already ordered balloons and streamers.
