Unfortunately only on new consoles, plus PC.

I would even recommend skipping Witcher 2 for now, and just going straight for 3. Story elements are easy to catch up through the game's (excellently written) glossary.

Witcher 3 is also filled with moments of self-aware comedy, funny plays on cultural and pop tropes, not to mention the main character who is a delivery train of dry humour and wit.

"There are basically no good people in the entire series."

What "hostility"?

The over the top look was very much intended,

I don't think that Nilfgaard was in any way supposed to be a representation of the Soviets.

I loved her. Both in terms of her acting (there was just something about her reactions, that cracked me up), as well as thematically, as the idea of an "outsider" who's constantly baffled by the group's antics, was probably the most obvious type of character to introduce this late in the show.

The banter in the early episodes is what I enjoyed. Though, sometimes it seemed a little like the writers tried to overcompensate a bit, by trying to fit as many "character-appropriate" zingers as they could, but it got laughs from me.

He died as he lived. Punching people in their hearts.

Yeah, I also think that lack of Troy turned out beneficial to the story, even if the writers would probably love to have him.

I have enjoyed this season very much despite it's stranger, slower atmosphere, But I had a similar thought regarding the way it was written and shot. For me it seemed like this season relied less on "classically" written jokes, and more on those strange moments of interaction between the cast, where sometimes there

"Internet era finale"

Even if the viewership has indeed declined in the last season, I think it has less to do with Yahoo upping the numbers, and more with Nielsen being usless, and NBC somewhat clueless.

So, now that it's all over and we entered the post-finale, jonesing stage, I have a question:
How many of You own the DVD's, and are the extras and commentary worth it? Couse I need something to do now.

I think that thematicaly and structurally it was a mess, but in terms of single moments and actual joke writing, a lot of it was really underrated. Especially in the early episodes.

It's something that I think would never work due to practical reality of always dealing with the "sloppy seconds" reputation, as well as possibly Harmon and his writing team wanting to do something else (I don't believe that this show hasn't taken a toll on him in some way, and he might be at least partially glad he

Harmon did comment that when they recieved numbers from Yahoo, it basically crushed any estimations made by the Nielsen Ratings. By far.

Fantastic episode.
