I don't care what her NXT story was. In fact, that's my point. I don't want to see "underdog Bayley" yet again. We've done that, it's just lazy writing. Come up with something new and different for her. But no, that would require some actual creativity and thought on the part of these so-called "professional

So that means what, another half a year of champion Charlotte, oh goodie I'm so looking forward to that (no I'm really not). Also Bayley vs. Sasha at WM sounds far more interesting imo.

Exactly. Heck they even kind of have a foundation with Charlotte's abuse of Emma's buddy Dana. Or do Charlotte and Bayley as a non-title feud, and it helps to launch Bayley TOWARDS a title feud (with Sasha).

I mean it would have been a perfect time to pull an Austin/Hart, if Roman must look strong, then have him pass out to The Accolade with the chain. After taking all of that other punishment, it would have been justified and no one would have thought less of him, plus Rusev then looks strong in finally winning

He hasn't shown up on Raw or at PPV's AT ALL even to explain himself. This is not longer long-term storytelling. This is "we're padding/dragging things out long past people caring." They at least need him to cut a freaking promo or something. Especially since I have no confidence that the payoff will be worth

See I find her exceedingly boring myself. She's done nothing to justify them giving her such a strange-hold on the women's title for so long imo.

I was watching the LAW guys, and one of them made a good analogy. If Vince could control the world series, he's probably have the Chicago Cubs lose in like 5 games. And I'll take it even further, he'd have them lose the deciding game, in Wrigley Field, and the score would be like 6-1. He's is so obsessed with

-Winn and Mon-el burgeoning bromance, I liked it. Also drunk Winn is great.

Why not do Sasha vs. Bayley instead? That's far more interesting imo. Have Sasha retain, and she grows more and more arrogant (because her character is self-confident even as a face) and full of herself. Then as Bayley continues to win and build momentum, Sasha becomes more and more paranoid and their friendship

See I'm just so tired of Charlotte's never-ending title reigns at this point. She's held that freaking belt for like 95% of her time on the main roster, and it's getting tedious. Also why have Sasha win at all if this is where you were going with it? She doesn't even get ONE successful title defense, and they do

-Super-Roman vs Rusev was ruined for me by the ridiculous levels of "Super-Roman booking" during that match, and Rusev getting jobbed out again.

They also literally did the SAME EXACT THING that they just did a few months ago. Sasha wins the belt on a random episode of Raw (she even wins it with the same move). Then she loses it back to Charlotte only a few weeks later, in her first title defense, on a PPV, and she loses clean. It's the same thing as with

So after making the dumbest booking decision possible during the Charlotte/Sasha match in HIAC (I almost didn't watch tonight because that ending made me so angry/annoyed) Now they job out Bayley tonight (after ruining more of her credibility in the pointless feud with Dana). Wow, way to make both of your babyfaces

My problem with DD S2 was that, after compelling/interesting villains like Fisk and Killgrave, or even potentially intriguing yet mysterious ones like Madam Gao, Nobu and The Hand feel really boring and generic by comparison. "They're evil mystical ninja stereotypes," yawn. And the Elektra stuff didn't work for me

He's skin is near-invulnerable, but he's not. You can drown him, poison him, suffocate him, burn him alive, etc. Heck on JJ, a point-blank shotgun blast gave him a brain injury (because his insides aren't invulnerable either). And in that case, his skin becomes a liability because doctors have trouble getting

Yeah getting rid of Cottonmouth was a big mistake. Diamondback just doesn't feel nearly as interesting or enjoyable to watch. He's kind of boring honestly and doesn't really fit the themes of the show I think.

Actually, I freaking love Mad Hatter as a villain. He's delightfully creepy and chilling and that climax was staged extremely well. And I like that they didn't give Jim any contrived "outs." He had to make a choice, and he did, and there were consequences for it.

Especially since, while the brutality is highlighted, they rarely if ever say that the men flat-out shouldn't do it.

The problem is that she was apparently called up earlier that expected to fill in for Sasha when they thought that she'd be out with an injury. But then he came back early, so they wanted her back in that spot. And so Bayley is just, treading water as you say because they don't have immediate plans for her. Feuding

Yeah Dave Meltzer made a point when it looked like this might be the main event. He had no problem with the idea in principle, but he almost hopes that it isn't the ME simply because they've bungled the marketing.
