I actually wouldn't mind seeing Asuka get called up and Heyman being HER spokesman. I mean NXT already pushes her kind of like a female Lesnar anyway. His talents on the mic could compliment her "mostly silent assassin" gimmick well I think.

Or smart, because Dana cost her the tag team match a few weeks back. It was because of Dana that Charlotte pinned her (I hate 50/50 booking BTW). And, Ric Flair cost her the match at Mania. So if anything, she looks like an idiot here.

I still find it dumb that they did it less than a month before their second biggest PPV. Especially since a lot of people who weren't happy about the WrestleMania result (where they set it up perfectly for Sasha to win but then just didn't pull the trigger on it) were hoping that she's win it a Summerslam (even

Yet Big daddy Vince was the one destroyed kayfabe decades ago. And they have no problem acknowledging Hunter and Stephanie's marriage on-camera of course.

They need to give her more to do. If it's not in-ring competition, then something.

Gets a shot at the second biggest belt on the show for, being a trolling jerk I guess.

My guess is one of the Rogue One characters, maybe more.

There's also a new Thrawn novel coming next year, written by Timothy Zahn no less.

There were multiple female lifeguards at a time on the show. So perhaps Benson will get another role. I'm also hoping for Nina Dobrev as well.

Rarely have I seen such PERFECT casting for a movie, at least thus far. Oh and as someone who quite literally grew up watching the show, this is hitting all of the right nostalgia buttons for me.

The Bothan's were the 2nd Death Star. This movie is about stealing the plans for the 1st.

He also didn't spend $4 billion to buy this franchise, and thus need a return on his investment. Disney has.

That's a fantastic cast (will Mikkelsen be torturing anyone's junk in this movie I wonder)? Also, Felicity is looking quite "Solo-esque" in that pic.

I won't. My reaction would be something along the lines of "well this is awesome, but you still didn't need to have her be raped in order to get there. So you still f-ed up on that one writers."

"I don't think they had to rape her to get her there"

How about NOT doing it at all. Why was it needed? It wasn't. Or how about have Sansa be the one to play Ramsay, to lure him into a false sense of security/complacency. It'd still be squicky, but it have give her at least SOME agency. And it would feel like things were actually progressing with her. That's why so

Yeah but the show has already proven that it has no problem making changes to the source material. And I always questioned the necessity of this particular subplot even in the book. So they could have cut it out of the show entirely and I would have applauded them for it, because it isn't needed.

My problem with it is that it wasn't necessary. First of all "rape as character motivation" is one of the most annoying clichés in fiction, and this show has gone to that well too often already.
Second, we already knew that Ramsay was a sick ****, so this scene wasn't necessary in that regard either.
And third, it

And for so long, fiction has depicted them as being mindless savages ravaging "civilized" Europe. Frankly, seeing them as a more nuanced, and the so-called "enlightened" Europe, for more like it actually was is a nice change of pace.

Of course Skye-mom being alive, which does make sense, means that Daniel Whitehall is probably still alive as well.
