It seemed to me that the selection of the Dad was misdirection. Maev was the one who was reprogrammed with the escape mission, suggesting she could have been the real code smuggler or smuggling something else out. But then she chooses to go back, potentially choosing to thwart that directive.

Is it a red wagon with burning books in it?

I thought she was the one spearheading it. I remember her pointedly asking Price about it in their conversation after Price was pressured to resign by the government.

Yeah, I'm also unclear as to why they let her go so easily. Maybe because they weren't sure as to who she was in E Corp/if she had the protection of someone high up in E Corp. Maybe because they knew they could eventually track her down later and take her out.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I'd argue he's the most one-dimensional and least realistic/human in his motivations. He's practically a cartoon villain, 100% utilitarian Machiavellianism and greed. Adds color? Yes. Buyable as a real human being? It's a stretch. He's a means to an end for the plot.

I've seen some people theorizing that she's setting up her current boyfriend as the fall guy for the murder Tyrell committed so he'll be free upon his return from hiding.

Turkey sandwich of course! She forgot the lollipop, though.

More additions:

I feel like people are putting an over-exaggerated emphasis on Tyrell. He's an ego-maniacal psychopath Elliot used as a means to an end/fall guy.

It's going to be Mobley.

"He's on LinkedIn Lemon, he might as well be dead!"

Where is Taco Bell bell? :'-(

Margaery caught on soon enough to escape. If she had wanted to, she could have slipped out with her brother under the guise of caring for his wound, or going to fetch the king, or another excuse.

It's A Miracle on 34th Street: College Edition! In place of Fred Gailey and an adorable little girl, an insufferable freshman Christian bro!

FEED ME A CAT.

You realize the reason Weiner keeps bringing him back is because the kid who plays Glen is his son, right?

"Try not to be unconscious for too long, it's super bad for you."

"I threw beer at a swan and then it attacked my niece Rebecca" is neck and neck.
