It's called pre-emptive complaining.
Look I believe in gender parity as much as the next person, but does the same argument need to be injected into everything. Can we not trust that a writer who acts on The Mindy Show and Amy Poehler might be able to put together a movie that won't offend your gang's delicate

By months of persuing a creepy obsession, you mean commenting on 5 of your threads over the course of a year? You post 6 a day and never comment on anyone else's threads.

Also known as adding gender politics to the discussion for no reason. But at least you managed to make two ad hominems, so par for the course. By the way, have you managed to find any xenophobic comments by me. For a well-known xenophobe, I don't seem to be giving you any ammunition.

She's standing like she's trying to take a shit on a swingset, check. Plus that band around her thigh probably has some pouches.

There's nothing in the article to suggest that her being a lady-type person is a big part of the premise. It would be interesting if the musical took a similar route and just never addressed her gender, instead of it being like an Air Bud-style 'there's nothing in the rules that says a woman can't coach basketball!'

Oh, they should remove the gender politics from something that hasn't even been made yet? Your logic is impeccable yet again.

What's the difference? You're their all-time best seller.

Ha ha! Nothing is funnier than adding gender politics to everything. You should apply for a job here.

You mean like this Ween album?

Outrage trolling.

Hope us Hopi-wan, you're our hopey hope. Hope.
I mean, does anybody have anything to say about Hope Davis or American Crime other than lousy puns? Why is this a Newswire?

I'm more of a Captain Caveman type.

We have lives, thank you very much.

She spent my twenty thousand dollars on an Alfa Romeo. She's a poisoned cooze!
*storms out*

At least I'm not an outrage troll who takes no joy from commenting on the AVClub and lives to scold.

A legion of people made out of straw?

Flagged?
*faints dead away*

I don't see how egalitarianism is passive. Enacting laws that encourage equal treatment and rights as well as the removal of barriers to said treatment and rights seem like positive actions. France seems to do pretty well if you ignore its cultural bias towards north Africans.
