The obvious way to get Dan off the show is that Brie makes a sexual harassment claim against him, like he did with Jane. I don't think there's a better use for Dan, though, so having him be the media is fine for now.

It feels like the review is kind of dancing circles around the fact that the target of this satire was very easy to understand. Millenials. Feminists. The combo. Like, strip away the preconception of what Tina Fey might be saying, and this isn't super complicated.
