The Andy/Erin stuff was annoying, but I think that the only reason it happened was to give Ellie Kemper more screen time. Which is always a good idea.

Dude sounds a bit douchey here. It's music for 11 year old girls. You're not supposed to like it.

Not if you count the 5+ years VH spent in the clubs before they recorded their first album.

I agree on all three counts.

Based on previous attempts, I predict that I will watch the first 15 minutes of Part 2 and tap out.

Nancy is a great acoustic guitarist, but I'd bet my house that it was someone else playing the guitar solo on this song.

And it's not Nancy, either.

I agree. At the time, I was a little disappointed in seasons 5&6. But I did summer rewatches on both, and they were pretty solid. Not at season 2/3/4 level, but solid nonetheless. If I ever do a full series rewatch, there's no way I skip those seasons.

No, this show wasn't Happy Endings, but it did make me laugh.

I loved this episode, but agree about being almost ready for it to end. Especially if we're going to have less Axl, who was the mvp last night.

I prefer Earle's earlier stuff. "Guitar Town" through "The Hard Way."

Funny episode. Never once thought about whether Jake & Annie's relationship was devolving. But I'm a guy, so whatever.
