This is the drum I'm beating. Marvel's headliners are bad. But their back of the order stuff that's out of the main continuity is pretty good. The problem is, those books keep getting cancelled. Civil War II being terrible does not mean The Vision wasn't outstanding.

This is how I view Marvel right now. their events are a mess, but a terrible "mainstream" has allowed the smaller "underground" books to thrive. Just avoid the big hitters and look in the nook and crannies of the Marvel Universe.
