Im going to guess Im a bit older than you, so just my two cents based on experience, but if you truly add value to a company/manager and they dont promote you or pay you more over the years (yes, you sometimes have to proactively ask for more), move to a new company/job. I think you're missing the point that this show is about the evolution of Jimmy and the creation of SG, and that Chuck is probably going to be reason #1 for SG's "birth".
