Technically the show bailed on Lucy, so really all the fault can be laid at the feed of whomever decided to let her go. Regardless, BEACUSE they let her go, they really should have had either Halford or Perrineau more present to give it a sense of continuity.

I found it decidedly lacking compared to last week too. I'll probably keep watching because there isn't anything else on, but that's hardly high praise.

Which is why Masters is generally superior: since they're all so established and playing for charity they're usually more congenial and focus on the food, as it should be.

If I was going to jump into the comic, where would be a good place to start?

My biggest problem with Gotham is that GCPD is so corrupt, and so disgusting that it already needs a Batman - not fifteen years from now. The fact that we know that Gordon can't possibly succeed in cleaning it up only made it worst. That, combined with the awful tonal shifts made it unwatchable for me. I had hopes for

That wouldn't be a bad idea. I bet some of the hold outs might be willing to invest in app if it were the right price. That said, that's a bandwagon they should have jumped on a few years ago and it'd be much harder to launch now.

Or more likely, the content in the book wasn't so unique that users would go out of their way to purchase.

I was watching live tweets of the TCA panel. I can safely say this is the only time TCA has made me not want to watch a show more.

Agreed. I felt bad for Ginger when I realized what Pam was going to do, but then, the glamouring had to start -somewhere- and I can't think of a better place than where they did.

She has not. There was a flashback in Season 6 to her Madame days at a brothel, but even then we didn't get full topless nudity.

Constantine looks fun, but given NBC's track record, I'm going to try and avoid getting too attached.

And fun fact: because of the 20s flashback to Chicago, Plec first choice of setting for The Originals was Chicago. NOLA was a later pick. So yeah. An Originals spin off lead by an Original brother.

They aren't wrong, but the message comes off as petulant and childish. And besides, if that is your main argument for why you should win, that honestly isn't much of one.

Mike or Joel?

This article was my exact reaction to watching this last night. I love when contestants solve the clearly bull-shit puzzles, that he got almost $50k instead of standard $25 made it all the sweeter.

Why?!

There are two books out compiling his low-and-no star reviews (I hate, hate, hated this movie and Your Movie Sucks). Highly recommend them!

Are you thinking of Whad'ya know? That's cringe worthy.

Will genuinely miss him. He was always game for whatever silliness was thrust upon him!

I think there is a bit of melodrama here. Will Nick go down as Best Winner Evar, of course not. Will people really swear off? Hardly. The bigger threat to the show is the growing use of drama to build "tension" that isn't needed.
