A study just came out showing that the number of visits to urgent care clinics and the retail clinics at places like Walgreens and CVS has grown fourfold over the last three years. The Affordable Care Act included a ton of money for community health centers—in Vermont, almost 20% of the population receives health care

I agree it's strange not to think of the hierarchy. One of the few things that always bothered me about this show is how often subordinates talk back to their bosses—and not like in the way Donna sasses Josh. But the intern who lectures Sam about the GAO reports, the temp with the Star Wars pin, the other temp who

Good point. This is also how a lot of people feel about the Wall Streeters who caused the financial crisis.

This line never made any sense to me, because for some reason I kept equating "cut" with "eliminated." In which case I agree with the 9%—you can think something is too high but not want to get rid of it. And then I realized it's possible "cut" here means "reduced." Which I guess is Josh's interpretation.

Oh thank G-d I'm not the only person who had those thoughts, re: the obviously-already-built building!

Agreed re: turnover issues, but obviously, TV shows given what they are, I could always shrug that one off. However, I also totally believed it when !SPOILER! (I think? I can't remember when this happened) Will gets Sam's job and the entire speechwriting staff quits in protest. They were obviously all biding their

Oh good, I thought I was alone in loving Natalie the first time around and not liking her anymore. And Dana not having enough confidence in herself seems totally realistic—it's why the **SPOILER** Sally storyline plays so well

I sort of always assumed he burned out, but didn't realize it until he was forced to take some time away. Isn't that pretty common in jobs like that?
