Way back in 2001, I saw Static X open for Slayer and Pantera. Such a great show (and ended up being Pantera's final tour). So glad I got to see Dimebag (RIP) play live.

Really enjoyed the season premiere. Some good action sequences and setting up the Dark Side conflict in Ezra. I liked the introduction of Bendu, which gives us a feeling for the concept that will be apparently featured in Rogue One.

This morning one of three downtown bridges across the Arkansas River in Little Rock closed for 6 months while the old one (opened in the 1930s) is demolished and replaced. I live north of the river, work south of the river. My commute is screwed for six months.

Wow. What fortuitous timing. Though I've wanted to see this mini-series for years, I only recently gave in to get HBO (GoT pushed me over the brink) and last week I just started watching Band of Brothers.

World War Z, the book, did have the quislings that had similar mental breakdowns. While Lizzie didn't start acting like a zombie, she started blurring the lines between human and zombie, so I could buy that.

Will anyone Prophet from this thread? It's a sheer heart attack to read
