I thought they came off sort of strange. They seemed really muted, Fred Schnieder looked miserable. Blondie was more fun…

Ask Moby.

I did enjoy Alexis' real talk moment with Jaymes. Straight up NYC no-bullshit tough love right there.

Yes.

I dunno what show you all watched but jeez, what a tough crowd. Lady Gaga interacting with the queens in the workroom and backstage (Untucked) is some of the realest shit we've seen on this series and is the best thing RPDR has given us since S6. She was spot on as she reciprocated the queens' reverence and

The only RPDR reference we got was a "bitch I'm from Chicago!" from Shea Coulee. But, I kind of like that; it's been a little weird to see the show get more and more wrapped up in its own legend. See: S7 Snatch Game.

With her being a 'funny queen' from Milwaukee I would have accepted a Laverne or Shirley look. And besides, anyone who watches this show should know by now that cowprint is a really bad idea.

My guess is each queen gave their top three preferences, the producers sorted through them to ensure no meatgate, and 'assigned' looks to the queens from that.

Unplugged? Wrong network :D

When Alaska unintentionally referenced it and Tati just had to say "hashtag, CHOICES." to drive the point home, I was over it. Officially.

…although that garbage bag dress was urrthang.

The entitlement of people who expect what they hashtag to influence what they see on television.

And I imagine in the heat of that moment she wasn't even able to modulate her tone to make the joke obvious…

What I found interesting about this All Stars compared to last was how meta it was because the queens have so firmly established their brands, particularly Alaska and Alyssa (how many times was Alyssa's Secret referenced?). It was kind of like the WOW Variety Hour and Friends. Which I certainly didn't mind…

As I said when this season began, I think Alaska has had plenty of success since S5 that what she really stood to gain from AS2 was the cash prize. I guess it's arguable that it perhaps came at the cost of losing fans but I doubt it will translate to a career slump. After all, even Phi Phi gained a following after S4…

Considering the way she came across on S6 I would hate to see Laganja again become a casualty of the competition and potentially undo how she's bounced back since her season a la Phi Phi…

Nailed it.

I've seen several of Alaska's cabaret performances in NYC and they were always top notch…

Watch out for the vigilante self-appointed RPDR Rules Police, formed in early 2012 in response to Willamgate

And didn't she already use the bank robber thing with Nebraska anyway?
