I think that in general more queens choke on performance challenges than we end up seeing; in this case they happened to highlight the one that would end up in a LSFYL.

There was a cut between the statement and the sad look down that made me think the two were unrelated… she seemed pretty aware her dancing skills were nil so I didn't take it as so "woe is me" as the editing intends…

I really think it was shown to justify such an early double elimination which is kind of outrageous… they had to underscore how epic a LSFYL to this particular song should have been, and wasn't.

That really bothered me too (I'm 33). I'm not a statistician but off the top of my head I have a feeling the oldest queen on S7 was younger or equal to than the average age this season.

The constant spinning was giving me the impression of "I don't know the words that well" which was a fair assumption after her not knowing them too well in the challenge.

I think they always chit chat pre-lip sync and it was included this time to really drive home the point that the song is iconic and that both queens failed to deliver, justifying something as controversial as a double elimination so early on in the season.

I do find it a bit much that after all the talk last week about not coming on the show without learning to sew, very few are saying the same about learning to dance (or develop a runway walk). I fear Kim Chi is solely a looks queen (after all, her fame is via Instagram) which is a major challenge for her to overcome……
