Not the set decorator, but the Prop Master for Season Five.

Prop Master for Season Five here.

Peace, yes. Peace.

If you were on the set, I still maintain you would have been impressed with the spread. I don't operate the cameras. I did my part.

I don't believe so. I still have the original food order among my lists. Yams was not among them.

No, there's too much work to do, for what we're shooting at that moment, what we will be shooting the next day, next week, next episode, to get hung up on any one thing. I just put the props out there and hope my bosses like them and can make good use of them.

Haters gonna hate. Disappointeds gonna be disappointed. Only so much I can do.

It is truly my pleasure. I love sharing behind the scenes stuff as much as I enjoy reading about it.

There is Mail Robot action in a future episode. All I can say.

Oh, fuck me.

I suppose I'll Avatar myself at some time or another. I just sort of dropped into the Comments section on impulse. (I've been an avid AVClub follower since the days of dial-up.)

Yeah, we put it out on the craft services table. Though it's all a bit less appetizing when you've been filming it for a couple of hours.

I actually had borscht in an episode this season. I didn't know. Katie set me straight.

I've considered the "missing kids" milk cartons for next season. Usually on shows when that particular prop appears, it's for s very story-specific reason. But it's true, those cartons were everywhere in the 80's — 90's.

Dan Fisher, Prop Master for Season 5 of The Americans here.

I'm New York. IATSE Local 52.

If Katie Irish says it's correct, then I believe her. The lady does her homework.

I think it will feel more real once we're into doing S6. We just finished shooting 5, and it was the best experience. Can't wait to go back.
