so you created a term that cannot be used against you to shame other people. How incredibly progressive. Isn't it just talking down to people? I've been talked down to by women plenty, I didn't need a special word for it.

I honestly don't really see how. I even feel this "I want you to fight for me" is essentially Julia giving up on their relationship like she always does just so Joel will go ahead and do it all for her. I think she's just been selfish in general, and Joel would do good to get away from her.

Joel didn't do anything wrong and he should just cut his losses and get away from crazy.

I really think over time they've dropped the ball on Adam And Kristina, allowing them to allow Max to become just awful and completely unsympathetic. She created this school basically so her son would have a playground where he wouldn't be punished for his unreasonable actions.

now you have all this extra time to tell people how you don't have tv.

I wouldn't say that. There is a definite increase in power over time, Gear, Haki, more Logia users. The guys who are appearing now are getting to the level of pretty godlike power. One Piece has done a great job of establishing characters and storylines that feel like they are happening and going on even when the main

True Blood kind of fell off after Season 1, but Russel Edgington was just such a delightful character that I'd tune in just to see him.

A video game company isn't the same as a god damn bank that commits fraud. If they're a bad company then they'll go out of business soon enough and a company that makes AAA titles with female protagonists will make all the money.

As much as I like bayo 2, sales were disappointing. Bombed in Japan, has been … Lukewarm in america. Did you buy a copy?

Well a female character for a narrative heavy game requires story and extensive voicing that isn't really needed for a fighting game. I'm not saying there isn't a reason to make games about women, I'm saying ubisoft is a business and doesn't give a shit.

Wasn't Assassin's creed's core concept created by a woman? Also I thought Bayonetta was the wrong kind of heroine, looking at how Polygon reviewed it. So because you have a feeling about how Walking dead would have sold more than Assassin's creed, that makes it reality?

Walking dead isn't a AAA title, it has a budget that is a fraction of a fraction of Assassin's creed and certainly didn't sell nearly as many copies. If Assassin's creed sold as many copies as Walking dead, Ubisoft would be going broke.

No, those are two separate points. the article is about the kinds of video games that are played by women over the age of 18 and the majority of the games that they play are social, puzzle, trivia games, not generally AAA narrative heavy games.

ok then.

Well that was a joke, but I do believe it is in large part about ethics in journalism, based on what I've seen of it. As far as doxxing and other unacceptable behavior, it's happened on both sides and I see Anti GG people advocating it.

Women aren't the half that plays video games or puts down 60 + dollars on a AAA title every year. I'm sure Ubisoft knows their actual market pretty well. If they don't want to or won't expand that appeal, then you should support a company that will.

Kristina has essentially become the villain of this show. She enables Max's wildly inappropriate behavior and that kid is going to end up not able to survive out there because of his attitude.

sigh. I'll say it. It's about ethics in journalism.

They couldn't even get a working game out the door, women were the least of their concerns.
