I watched all three in one night a few years ago, and now they are just a complete mishmash in my memory. Except for the "Will you commit to this program" flashbacks. That's the only part I know for sure is in Ultimatum.

I just finished episode 7, and it was freaking brilliant. It's a crime that they aren't reviewing the back half. From what I've heard it gets even better from here.

I'm fairly confident that they wrote a script with Smith, Tennant, and Eccleston in mind, but Eccleston wouldn't come near it with a 10 foot pole so they made up a not-doctor instead of scrapping the whole thing.
