Agreed. Helene and Professor Youens both really accentuated his mother/father issues, i.e. the trauma and neglect he has suffered at their hands

Yea I got that, just hit me as funny due to the absurdity of the whole scene. Remember Debs dragging away Liam (who had witnessed the whole scene and was poking at Sammi's supposed corpse) and Mickey singsonging "G'night Buddy!" Haha. Classic.
But you're right, there was nothing near intent of murder
Yes, true but I get the point that Ian showed no loyalty to Mickey/support while he was locked up, regardless of how boneheaded Mickey was to get there. Also, when the MPs dragged Ian away, Mickey had no idea the army would show leniency and not court-martial due to his illness. As far as Mickey was concerned Ian was…
Totally agree. Plus as has been a theme in Myles' reviews, Ian's character hasn't been written that well independent from Mickey. BPD diagnosis and the accompanying med resistance to gainfully employed EMT with no "work shown" on screen such as GED or diploma earned.
Thanks. It was up since 2011 but came down December 2015. I'll just hope it shows up again, since I missed that boat lol
Yes! And Julie being in and out due to Mackenzie Phillips' issues
Haha. Perfect. Also humorous, to me,, the French Prof beating off while reading it, which we can assume was also the guard's intention with the added visual aid of Allison's photo!
Totally agree with the order of the episodes/perspectives. And I had forgotten that Noah never told Helen about Allison's role in Scotty's death. Because somehow I am getting the feeling Noah is trying to protect Helen by pushing her away/acting like such a dick when she is the one showing up for him? Yes, Noah has…
That was one of the most amazing scenes ever: "He's fucking family, he's staying here, with me". Noel Fisher kicks ass. I really hope they (writers) can redeem this storyline and do right by him and his relationship with Ian
Totally agree, re: Jeremy Allen White and his eyes. In the preview for next week at the diner, where Frank and Monica are begging him to come to their "wedding", you can see the moment they break through his defenses, just with a flick of his eyes. Noel Fisher also has amazingly expressive eyes.
Also, if I remember correctly: the show tag after Mickey and Debs put Sammi in the container showed Sammi chasing Mickey down the street, shooting at him. So I was never clear how Mickey got busted in the first place, even if Sammi ratted.
I loved Myles' position re: totally reframing their history as if Mickey was a…
Oh how I love/miss Recue Me! It's gotta show up on Netflix or Hulu one of these days, no?
Good comparison.
I do wonder why it was thrown out and not cashed? Wasn't it like 7 grand? And also wasn't it from the real estate co. to the store? I also think I might have missed something, but it did feel like a thread they left hanging. If it wasn't relevant, they sure focused a lot on it
Yes, she has really become a stunning, unique beauty.
Good point
Forgot about the passports lol
Good reminder, re: her POV. It was astounding last season how differently each character could see the same situation. It would be interesting to see that whole thing from Cole's perspective.
Lol. Ew.
Good point, re: papers needing to be filed and of course notarized. (Sp).
That would actually be a good defense for Kev, since it has been shown that he is basically illiterate. I don't think he would be able to read/understand legal documents at all.
