I'll be honest — I haven't read the article yet. Just using this as an excuse to post some of my favorite quotes from this episode.

That and Wain saying "Shhhhut up" would be just fine by me,

Invisible Dad was a cast of nobodies sans Karen Black. I was shocked the first time I watched it and saw her. Still totally worth checking out if you love godawful movies, though. They made a bunch of Invisible Dad/Mom movies, at least one with Dee Wallace, but I don't *think* Wallace Shawn ever appeared in any of 'em.

Showalter's amazing and all, and though I'm positive it's been said about a bajillion zillion times: BRING BACK STELLA! :'( = me right now. Nothing compares to the trio that is Black/Showalter/Wain. I'm going to go grab my season one/only season DVD and re-watch it now. These damn Chicago winds better not knock out

Same. I finished season one this morning and seeing Harris' name as Co-EP on all 10 episodes (it was all 10, right?) really bummed me out. I kept hoping he'd pop up in at least one episode so we'd have one last Harris cameo. Never met the guy, but still miss him like hell.

I love bad movies and Short Circuit 1 and 2 are among my favorites… alongside Birdemic 1 and 2, The Challenge (starring Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen), Feeders 1 and 2, Invisible Dad, Mac and Me, Roller Boogie, The Room (obviously), Silent Night, Deadly Night, etc. And I own them all on DVD [or in the case of Short

I was a total Krug superfan for so many years, but Moonface reeeeally lost my interest. There's supposed to be a new Moonface/Siinai album coming out in 2016, and Dan should be releasing an Operators album in the new year too. (This is all according to wolfparade.nonstuff.com, but they're typically pretty reliable.)

Disqus notifications are weird — for me, anyway.

I started binge-watching this very early this morning (before 9 a.m. — Oh YEAHHH.) and am on episode seven or eight. Thoroughly enjoying it and am particularly impressed by Noël Wells. I only knew her from one season of SNL and one episode of CBB, but she's really, really great. The scene with her and Eric Wareheim

I miss Wolf Parade so fucking much. With the demise of both Sunset Rubdown (another favorite of mine) AND Handsome Furs, I keep hoping WP'll find their way back together but I just don't think Krug will go for it.

I stand by my belief that their grey little ears are the cutest ears of all the ears. As are their pink lil' toes. I (and my parents) didn't feel this way before but now agree they're really freakin' adorable.

From the Chicago suburbs, but I've always been unsure which term is correct. Looked it up years ago to compare and forgot what possums vs. opossums looked like, so I just keep callin' 'em possums.

My family feeds possums (we think there's three) as well as raccoons (there may be up to five — they don't come nightly so we're unsure) on our patio most nights. During the day we have a gang of squirrels and cardinals that know us and come on our patio watching for us to say "Hey, give us some nuts, you assholes!"

Little King Trashmouth!

FUCK YEAH. The National's my favorite band and Berninger is without a doubt my favorite lyricist. I'm now a 29-year-old female, but I've related to so much of what this man has written over the past 10+ years. Hooray for anxiety.

I'm 100% in favor of this. As dumb as the show can be, it's fun, dagnabit, and I think season six has been a huge improvement over five — though yes, there has only been three episodes thus far — but the second episode was one of the best the show's ever done.

Al Roker's "Charlie Brown" was a terrifying mix of Shrek with shit on his head. I LITRALLY shuddered.

Maybe Cartman will walk out from Maury and save the day. That'd give Glenn & Co. plenty of time.

In all seriousness, Dr. Ken is doing well? :'( Frowny face — because I like him.

RAY-MOND. *rolls eyes* *audience erupts in laughter*
