I liked it, especially Stan's gag with the teenage boy. A 'B' grade sounds about right. Hayley is one of the more underdeveloped characters, so its a good thing that she's actually trying to make friends, because she doesn't have any.

I don't know, either. At the rate the chambers were filling up with water, the boring family should have been the first ones to die, then the trophy wife. Logically it doesn't work, but logic has no place in an Emmerich film, anyway.

I would have enjoyed King Kong more if it weren't so fucking long. It takes forever for them to reach the island, then Naomi Watts basically spends the next hour with no dialogue except screaming and making sounds of distress because the ape keeps tossing her around and manhandling her. And no, Adrien Brody didn't

Good one. I recognized his voice instantly, but given that the character had leprosy, I don't think they ever showed his face.

I'm genuinely amazed at how good he was in that role. You don't automatically think "Kelsey Grammer = Beast" but he owned it and was one of the bright spots in that movie.

I want to get the shirt with Tina daydreaming about butts. I think they're all Jimmy Jr's.

Saw Stoker and 2012 . Enjoyed Stoker immensely, much more than I thought I would. It's a head scratcher at times, but that's what I loved about it because I want to watch it again to see what I missed. The visuals were incredible (the pencil sharpening scene is delightfully macabre) and so was the score.

"When your underpants are streaky,
and your socks are smelling freaky,
get some bleach!"

There was no song. It was just Teddy in the bounce house at the party. He was OK at first, then he puked from bouncing too much, and told the other kids not to go in there because someone puked.

So late but I had to respond to the sharpening pencil bit. I must have rewound that part a few times because it was so creepy.

The Laura Linney plot really pissed me off. They were trying to say that family is more important than a crush, but it didn't have to be that way at all for her. Sarah (Linney) ends the relationship before it even begins, and she doesn't even give Karl (the crush) a chance to react to what's going on in her life.

I know the little girl you're talking about, and yes, it's adorable how happy she looked. I actually love the whole end credits because they're real people being reunited instead of actors.

Yeah, it puts a different spin on that plot, doesn't it? The scene where he nearly breaks down at her funeral is heartbreaking to watch.

I like this movie, even though there are several storylines I could do without. Colin Firth's & Hugh Grant's plots were too implausible, even for Christmas standards, and the one with the horny guy who goes to America was pretty stupid.

It really is an excellent movie, right down to the end.
"Mediocrities! I absolve you! I absolve you!"

"Are you White? Then you're Ben Affleck."

I can see this one being polarizing. That's how I felt about the Osage County episode; good concept but it didn't work for me at all.

One of Bullock's finest moments was slam dunking a paper clip into Francine's boobs, his tongue hanging out like Michael Jordan.

The Animation Domination shows are some of the only ones I DVR in high definition. It eats up more space, but like you said, the visuals are outstanding and it's worth it.

…I think I just created a new account while trying to log in. Using the same name. Hmmm. Well, at least it looks pretty. I guess.
