Oh definitely. Majora wouldn't have been possible if Ocarina didn't invent the wheel. What Majora did with that wheel is what makes it so special.

That was one of Majoras masterstrokes though, because it made the alternate dimension of Termina such a surreal place. Nintendo basically turned a weakness into one of the games major strengths.

That's how I feel too. Not meant to insult OoT, I just really believe Majoras Mask is a complete masterpiece.

I think the modern backlash against Ocarina of Time is just a result of everyone saying it was the greatest game of alltime. I would argue it's one of the most important games of alltime, but that's not the same as greatest.

I don't get the hate on 12. Sure the ending twist is kinda dumb and negates a good chunk of the movie, but it's stylish as shit and funny as hell with some badass European settings.
