I think they only seem great together because nothing real has impacted them yet. They are living in that early infatuation bubble.

I think you are forgetting that she and Jessa were very close friends and now she realizes that Jessa, in effect, lied to her.

That is not maturity, that is Vulcanism. She didn't flip out, she felt hurt. It was a natural reaction to feeling betrayed and it was not immature.

I can't decide who broke her heart more, but it's probably Jessa. Which is why the entire situation is awful.

That bothered me when Adam said that, too. I think that was his version of relieving himself of the guilt brought on by the situation. If he convinces himself Hannah is a terrible person he doesn't have to feel bad about HOOKING UP WITH THE FRIEND WHO SELFISHLY MEDDLED IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP. It almost makes me laugh…
