Hopefully not - I like Peter having someone in the business but not affiliated with the FBI that he can have around.  Balances out Neal going to Jones and Diana (who was also missing, which probably just means the credits are somewhat malleable).

Almost makes me regret downloading episodes of the UK version.

Two points:

The obvious thing to do if they cared about having it be legitimate (HA!) would be for the judges to just write down their choices before the others.
