This is unbelievably awful, and I am so, so sad for the family. Just awful.

Pretend woodwind playing is never not funny. That reminds me of the scene in The Wedding Singer with Alexis Arquette as Boy George playing every instrument solo in the band. it's so ridiculous and kills me every time!

I ain't kissin' no egg!

The Bad Seed: The Loretta Story (Though she prefers 'Lottie')

It's so great. It's a genuinely good, original film and it's one of those things that gets better and you get more from it the more times you watch it. It can be mind- numbing slow for some, but it's kind of beautiful and unsettling at the same time. The cast is so strange and good too.

Oh, I know. I've seen NIN twice, and the last time in particular was one of the best shows I've ever seen. That's why I love that live album. It's what an actual NIN show is like.

Wow, I'm learning so much from this thread. I had no idea the beating sounds from Mr. Self Destruct were from a movie either. I didn't realize there was so much sampling. There's something about the screaming in The Becoming that sounds like people screaming on a rollercoaster. That is a great song, btw. Just when it

And All That Could Have Been live version is better.

Yeah, and a terribly blurry screen grab. Trent is hot in that video though.

NIN's live album And All That Could Have Been is amazing.

I saw her during the Up Close and Personal Tour where she played smaller venues. She was great.

And for those not nasty, she's Janet Privacy Control.

Didn't quite hit the note, that wasn't such a good time…

I saw that show too. It was great.

State of Love and Trust from Unplugged for me, and Indifference from Atlanta '94.

It's funny, I heard the live New Morning before the studio one and it tripped me out when I heard the original. I thought there was something wrong with the audio. It sounds drunken and slowed down at first, but even though it's remarkably better live, the original grew on me, and has become lovely too, in an

YES! And the Stage version of "Station to Station" which is probably my favorite live song ever.
As for the list though, all of Live Seeds is great, but even better than the loud and awesome "From Her To Eternity," is "New Morning." It's unexpectedly uplifting and optimistic for The Bad Seeds.

I remember this song being played non stop for some reason (love SP, but never cared for this song), and thinking it was called, seriously, "The Everlasting Gays" and not getting it AT ALL. It never even occurred to me that it was "gaze" somehow, and it wasn't until after seeing the video that I had my DUH moment.

His twitter rants are the best.
