The episode from 2000 is Bart to the Future when Lisa becomes president and they mention "president Trump" left the economy in ruins. Trump was running that year as a third party candidate.

He does Eastwood-style cool and suppressed anger/violence so well in Deadwood and Justified it makes his "girlish hysteria" in this show all the more delightful!
This has been on Netflix UK for a while now, under the original title, "February". It's pretty good.
Starts off really hokey, some terrible dialogue, but sort of pulls itself together in the end. Always seems dumb to me to use an existing 'brand' like this when you know you can't live up to the visceral violence and strength of the film on network TV. This could easily have been a new property without the burden of…
"Wow."
The General's Daughter
So awesome! We really need this…

It's a reply to a previous comment about people fearing Trump leaving because then Pence will take over. Point being, as appalling as Pence he is already in power. No need to fear Trump quitting or.. whatever, Pence is here now.
And it's not like Pence is sitting around doing nothing while Trump is President. You're getting both right now. If Trump quits you're minus Trump not plus Pence.

The character doesn't bother me that much but it is just over the top enough to stand out from the rest of the show in a bad way. I was hoping he was in on the whole scheme and doing some kind of act to see how dumb he could get away with being to the humans.
Why isn't he playing the small market town near me in the rural greenery of England?!?
I'm sure Twitter will greet this news with restraint.
I've seen that Greg Davis story in the first clip about 20 times and it still makes me laugh my arse off even though I am not a toilet humour fan. The context, of these three Hollywood stars on the same sofa, and Norton just looking proud as hell that he started this, adds to the amusement. I love that Gosling just…
If anyone's following, the surprisingly interesting Good Behaviour was renewed for a second season yesterday.
I'd like to say that was totally part of the joke when I wrote it… :D
It just started again. They moved location and setup a whole new team. In the first episode everyone is trying too hard but there could still be some spark left.
