Yes they do - The Doctor even mentioned to CyberBill in this episode that she's part of a neural net and to use to find Bill Potts.

Murdoch papers ruin everything.
The most recent season on Dave was a real return to form. Definitely recommend it :)
Hayley Atwood would be amazing.
Besides subconsciously choosing 12's face, there's the Curator's comment about 11 revisiting some of his old favourite faces, so I'd say yes.
Season 3 is a completely different case from Season 2, so you could easily pick up there. We see characters from the first 2 seasons, but spoiling 2 doesn't hurt 3 in any way.
Same! They definitely didn't spoil it as much here in the UK as they did on BBC America from what I'm reading in the comments.
My thought was that they would be dead by the time they got up there because of the time differential, so they had to be mechanical to survive the journey.
My husband kept saying, "he looks so familiar, but I can't put my finger on it"… but it wasn't until he started dropping hints to Missy that I was like, thatsthemotherfuckingmasterohmygod! I did call that they were Cybermen immediately when Bill died and they said they could fix her. It made all the little nods along…
That was my first ever introduction to the Master (having not seen the original run back then) and it gave ME goosebumps!
Nah, he saw Interstellar and worked off that ;)

That was exactly my read when he said that his elder clients were smearing his name far and wide… seemed like the obvious reason for changing names to me.
They already covered that in The Girl Who Died - He chose Caecilius’ face as a reminder to always try to save people, no matter what the consequences, just as he did in that episode.
And you're racist. Take a good hard look at yourself.
Good calls, I'll wade in a bit and see how it goes. To be fair, I *have* traumatised myself over less.
But isn't a lot of the story her trying to get justice for it? It doesn't seem like the kind of thing that gets brushed under the carpet after one episode!
Man, I want to watch Veronica Mars so badly, but I couldn't get through the first episode because I had a similar experience to Veronica and the flashbacks were really hard to watch without having a panic attack :(
You know, why don't we pick up this conversation when you're old enough physically and mentally to sit at the grown-ups table. I think people should be able to love whoever they want, end of story. Any other position makes you an asshole or a child who doesn't know any better.
And that really sucks for me, because I've never been a huge fan of Capaldi's Doctor until this season. He and Pearl have me enjoying DW this season the most I have since Tennant.
