He's really great in The 100 too… his character journey is one of the most compelling on the show :)

When it comes to Kendra, one-time is too many!
I mean, the reality is that once Savage is defeated, it could really go either way - one of the shows could keep her on as a part of their team, or they could write her off (either with or without the possibility of bringing her back for guest appearances). I just dislike…
Yeah, there are lots of problems with the timeline when you look closely. We're talking people whose parents or grandparents were alive when the bombs fell. Not only should they still know the names of places, but their language shouldn't have changed as much as it has. Even though you can hear the English roots in a…
According to the newspaper, she's fighting alongside the Flash and Green Arrow in 2024. If her storyline was resolved and she went away forever her name wouldn't be there :(
The A.V. Club
"Why? Why was I born so fertile?"
That is literally the only reason I watch TVD.
I also thought my dance card was too full, but I picked it up specifically because everyone was raving about it here on AV Club, and I'm SOOOOO glad I did. I binged the first and second seasons and the beginning of this one to get caught up, and now it's one of the shows I most look forward to week after week. The…
I say this all the time too. Also almost word for word, @Velocirapstar:disqus.
Ah, ok then, gotcha. It started out serious, but ended up a little bit of both lol - agreeing with you that you can totally make a cloth superhero costume work, that Deadpool is a great example of how it can work well, and that there's no reason that they couldn't/shouldn't have done that with Spiderman in Civil War…
This. While they still have some shows that are very teen to early 20s-focused, many of their shows are starting to trend more 20s to early 30s.
In terms of what this means to marketers/advertisers, perhaps I can shed a little light since I'm a soul-less advertising flunky myself (ok, to be fair, I'm an ad creative -…
Mate, it's SO worth it. I picked up iZombie because of all the people raving about it here on AV Club - binged S1 and the first few eps of S2 to catch up - and it's now one of my absolute favourite shows. It's so cleverly written. I'm planning to go back and watch Veronica Mars now (one of those shows that I heard…
Well, one reason (as has been pointed out elsewhere), is that some people - unless they're REALLY excited about the premise of a new show - don't tend to pick them up all willy nilly, whether that's because they watch too many shows already, or they're afraid to commit to a new show that has a bit of an iffy premise…
I'm shocked they kept Reign on. After having relegated it not only to Friday nights, but Friday nights during breaks from other shows, and with the ratings that it has, and with the declining quality that's been remarked on by fans and critics, it seemed a no brainer to axe. And even though there aren't many CGI…
Let us put together a rag tag team of misfits to slip them in before they're filed! They're sitting in an outbox as we speak! Quickly now!
Shannara made me so sad. I never read the books so I was coming in completely fresh. I LOVED the first 4 episodes (binged them when they all went up online at once) and was SO excited for the rest of the series. Then it all slowly collapsed like a flan in a cupboard. That Amish Cowboy EDM party was embarrassing.
DVR is a bit of a problem, internet streaming is an even more serious problem. Ratings don't measure how MOST people watch TV these days. It's a shitty system.
I work in advertising (the creative side). Yes, there are ways they measure ROI. It's very, very, incredibly complicated.
The second season was alright, this season I'm not enjoying at all really.
I "meh watch" Reign. The first season was alright, last season was pretty good, this season is pretty atrocious. I watch it because I'm a history buff, but I try to ignore the fact that it isn't exactly historically accurate. Just like TVD and The Originals, I watch them when I've gotten through all the shows I watch…
I mean, obviously. Look at Green Lantern ;)
