Good to know. So that would make it 5 years before BB began, if I'm not mistaken.

Kevin is the only unlikable asshole… oh, and Jimmy Fitzsimmons… but they got revenge on him in season-1.

Many classic games got the shit treatment as a "remake", because it was never done right. Case in example would be the Turtles games. Remakes need to have that old-school feel with some modern glitz, yet retain the same basic gameplay as long as it keeps it fresh. Problem was in the "olden" days, they were just

I'd still classify it as "classic". Even today, most everybody remembers who ALF was… he had his own cartoon, talk show, and the sitcom along with a plethora of toys, Burger King puppets (with a free record). He was memorable and a symbol of the 80's era, so I stand by my word on "classic".

I don't know what the hell I was thinking. Wallace was the comedian & voice of Mrs. Krabappel.

The one thing that basically EVERYONE should have embedded in their head about this show, is that laugh… Reinhold Weege… you couldn't forget it ever time there was a funny moment.

ALF was the only show I loved as a kid for the first two seasons, then I quickly noticed how in season 3, the quality went down, and season for it just took a nosedive.

There were some "Very Special Episodes" whereas the tone got a little dark or bleak with some serious spots. It was 99% always silly humor, but I do remember some storylines (or B-stories) that took a turn for the not-so-funny.

The one reoccurring theme I loved was having John Astin return as Harry's father (later finding out he was Gomez Addams, so I looked at him in a different light watching Addams Family), and Mel Torme making guest appearances as Harry's idol. I liked how Astin once confused Harry's favorite hero as just "Mel", and was

I LOVED Night Court. I used to look forward to it every week. It was just plain silly fun. I didn't care for the first season because Bull wasn't as dimwitted, and Dan wasn't the womanizer that he became. The last season kind of stretched it and I just became bored with the show by then, but Marsha Wallace definitely

Does this mean the return of favs like Buttons & Mindy and the goodfeathers?

…hence why it keeps getting the green light for another season. I bet Seth MacFarlane's "Flintstones" reboot would have done fairly well, especially based on what's been presented the past 4 years as 1-hit-blunders.

Fox still has that problem, and that's their downfall… look at Bob's Burgers. They purposely try to slowly kill the show, but the fans keep it alive. Stuck at 7:30 because they make room for these one-and-done doomed shows (Son of Zorn, Bordertown, Allen Gregory, Napoleon Dynamite…. etc). Just glad it gets renewed for

It didn't stand out 'cause Fox moved it from Thursday premier to Friday, which almost certainly spelled death of a show. Not to mention there were little to no promos after the show started.

I saw that… I forgot where I did… might have been one of the internet leaks. It was pretty much the same line-for-line, just different actors.

I don't know what the "cut off" year is for Gen-X to Gen-Y/Millennial… I thought it was around the early to mid 80's… kind of around her age.

Definitely was… you could see when the go up & down the main street, they just used footage of the touristy Clifton Hill Rd because of all the lights & glitz. They never really made mention of any other cities outside of NF, as if it was a really big city.
