do you think that in this era of twitter and real-time information the director and the cast would keep the secrecy on this issue? If so, they would be the first and only! :D

that would mean that we should know the answer of the renewal before next sunday?

I wonder if they have prepared next week's episode to work as a series finale as well as a season finale.

and think that she was the reliable one in the first couple of seasons!

I suppose it means they would never cancel a series after one season. But after two?

I think they are that bad, especially in comparison.
Most of all, I think what's worrisome is that the series mysteriously lost half of its audience between the first and the second season, without a real reason.

do you really think he will go to high school?

thank you

lack of mother hen PLUS a lot of young queens. Dangerous combination.

that was a great way to impress, she knew she had to stand out somehow in a runway of around 30 looks and she delivered.

I actually didn't hate the idea of last season to present the queens in two groups, it allowed to know each queen a bit better. What can you get from a group of 13-14 performers all thrown together? But I understand that it breaks the narrative and the tension, so I understand the reason to come back to the original

I think one of the reason no queen really stood up in this first episode is because it was just dress dress dress, too many looks squeezed in one episode that didn't give the possibility to anybody to show their personality.

since when transsexual is an insult?!

I'm sure you can say "a transsexual" without too much traumatism for the english language.

definitely (didn't mention it because I though it was too niche- and British). Speaking, by the way, of a show that does transsexuality in a meaningful way.

I think this obstination of Glee to throw in the public's face LGBT themes with absolutely no grace (or sense) basically just underlines how inadequate the show has become for those very themes. It's sufficient to compare it with the many other shows that deal with the same issues much, much better (Shameless,

well yes of course, for the reasons you said. Miss Bunting didn't have the social savvy to shut up at the right moment, these two are just spoiled brats.

I wonder if naming the dogs (at least the two we saw in the show) after Egyptian things is a side reference to the interests of the Earl that lived in the real Downton (that is, Highclere castle) during the years when DA is set.

the UK version was inherently different by the fact that many of the actors left quite soon. For example Fiona left the show (marrying Steve) in the second season. Other Gallaghers in succession.

it does, but it's mainly the fault of the writing IMO. You cannot blame Davis because she's good at conveying the feelings of her character as it is scripted…
