What I loved about the Gordon/Diane interaction is I can fully believe that's how Lynch always looks at Laura Dern when she's burning up the screen again.

Same. It was always terrifying after you'd come down from the episode with the melancholic Laura Palmer Theme.

So beautiful. So enthralling. I couldn't look away. Every moment was incredible to watch.

He sold his house to a girl from Ipanema. That had me guffawing.

I was kind of annoyed she had dialogue - didn't Heidi just giggle in her appearances in the show?

All the witnesses were very ham acting. Like they were told to react to something, but weren't told what it was.

I thought the reappearance of the Fat Trout might mean Chester Desmond was also coming back, returning to the place he vanished. I guess if it's the "New" Fat Trout and it's now in Twin Peaks, that's not likely.

When Diane turned around I practically slapped my forehead for being so dumb. OF COURSE that was who Laura Dern was going to play. Who else could it have been?

Carson's awful, but at least he's a presence on the panel. Todrick was barely there in AS2. I love Ross though.

Ru was there for All Stars 2. She's seen Todrick's "judging". She's not making that mistake again.

I always loved Nadine.

Shelly thought Leo Johnson would be a good husband too. She's not a great judge of character.

James was NEVER cool.

If we're going to talk about Twin Peaks people whose surgical interventions are badly done, then I'm going to have to throw in Tom Sizemore's hair transplant, apparently done using a welcome mat covered in boot polish.

And both of them survivors of terrible, too-young marriages, and now standing there watching Becky do it all over again.

I didn't realise how much I missed this show until the old characters showed up again. I was never a fan of Norma or Mike first time around, but I joyously yelled their names when they popped up on screen. It makes my heart ache and my brain fizz.

Frank without his hats. Just. Plain. Wrong.

Nina has given me new respect for Kim Chi. While I liked her last season, I dismissed her as a Look Queen who wasn't as well rounded and talented as Bob (who I loved). For me she was a lot of make up and then everything else was an afterthought. Nina's looks have shown me how much thought and effort Kim put into

I've just finished watching it. I am reeling. Dizzy and elated.

Nope, Ken's still there. He was pushed down some stairs but he's still going - he'll have been in Corrie 57 years in December. Meanwhile, from the rest of the cast, Rita first appeared in 1966, Gail first appeared in 1974, and Kevin first appeared in 1983; the same actors have played the role ever since.
