"Scott Tenorman" as the best South Park episode ever? When did you stop watching the show?

The woodland critters are a riot, no question, but you just can't beat that first Mr. Hankey episode, if only for the scene of Kyle in a straitjacket singing "Dreidel Dreidel Dreidel".

Quicksilver, maybe? He's officially in the MCU now.

It's interesting how New York-centric so much of Futurama is. No one here seems to realize that the Big Ball of Garbage is not just a general statement about twentieth-century wastefulness, but is a specific reference to the "Garbage Barge" incident from 1987, where a barge full of garbage from New York was towed all

"Stop complaining, it's 10% less than a lethal dose."

Black Panther and the Inhumans did too. If it wasn't an issue with them, I doubt it's an issue with Warlock.

Badly missing Futurama. The finale of the first run had the opening-credits tag line "See you on another network." Then, the first of the movies (Bender's Big Score) began with mention of being cancelled by "the Box network" and being picked up by some "Central Network", Finally, the last episode of the more recent

Psst….they're hiding the letter O. Wanna buy the letter O?

I was totally expecting the "Minister of Mobile Gaming" to be Saddam, though. The "Canadian Devil" reveal was at first disappointing, but I liked how they felt they should root for it against Satan.

LORD PALMERSTON!!

I think they also said that the Craig's mom's bush video shown on YouTube was set to Lorde music. So the threads are still there.

No "Blown Away" by Carrie Underwood? Or "Independence Day" by Martina McBride? The dads in those songs were downright abusive. Or is country-pop not good enough for the AV Club?

Was that a running gag? I don't remember it being said more than once.

I'm Scruffy, the janitor.

I'll be following these reviews, because I love Lost, but…Kate as your favorite character? She's my least favorite (of the protagonists), so I wonder if our opinions on a lot of the series are going to clash.

Seriously? You think "anyone else" would have, upon seeing a plane crash on their island, secretly gathered intelligence, infiltrated the survivor groups, kidnapped a pregnant woman and a child, and prevented all attempts for the survivors to find rescue?

It wasn't exactly worthless, though. Desmond was able to see into the other life, and that informed his actions going forward from that point in the season.

I'm a big Lost fan, and I certainly enjoyed this episode when it came out, but in retrospect, I hate the fact that the series, from that point onward (maybe starting a little earlier in Season 3) tried to make Ben Linus and the Others sympathetic characters without doing a thing to explain their evil behavior. Why did

After "Titanic" it's probably not her "best known" hit, bit Celine Dion's "Power of Love" was her biggest before the Titanic theme song, and it was a cover of an earlier hit by Jennifer Rush (and it was also covered by Laura Branigan and Air Supply before her).

I fondly remember Oompa-Loompa candies, they were like half-M&Ms and half-Reese's Pieces. Sort of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in a candy shell.
