I love the poster for John Carpenter's The Thing — the artist was basically just called and told "Hey, we're re-making The Thing, draw us a poster" and came up with something truly iconic.

I find this story surprising (and a bit hard to believe) — I worked on Fargo and Billy Bob was nothing but gregarious and sweet to everyone on the cast and crew. He struck me as a legitimately decent person at every turn.

I feel like they are, and I'm not entirely sure why…I think that the "British" brand of comedy is more prima facie subtle, so when a bunch of jackasses telling you when to laugh brings the viewer out of it more….
