Welcome to The Internet, my friend…

Ugh.

I have a funny feeling you're 1) not a Canadian; 2) an idiot.

Don't worry, I've forwarded your response to the Duffer brothers so that they know you had a singular personal experience with someone that resembled one of their characters.

I'm more pissed that people aren't speaking up about the fact those kids were riding bicycles UNSUPERVISED, even though they weren't at least 25. God, those parents…letting their kids out of their own yards…

To be fair to the show, that was VERY much a standard 80s character, and mid-budget films like The DUFF have been dedicated to precisely this concept.

The old storage solution for those type of contacts ABSOLUTELY felt like that, but the 'technology' has improved to the point that it's now unnecessary.

Just so everyone knows, Kit Harrington made those statements WITHOUT READING THE SCRIPTS. Just figured that might be important. But I'm not paid to write on the internet, so why should I know?

They're too fixated on her jeans, glasses and hair to bother caring about such trivialities.

It's nice to see him partying at concerts and showing up shirtless in photos when Canada doesn't seem to have any real plan about how its economy is going to recover from the oil price crash and manufacturing is all outsourced…But Canada had a chance to learn from his pops, and didn't…

I think the fact that we saw Box ponder over the death part of his pension form, before choosing "ordinary death" (I think that's how it was worded) was pretty key…he does so in a bar before the inhaler subpoena; we see him in a bar after his second testimony, significantly more obscured than the earlier clarity with

I use the term loosely at best…intending to mean her sexuality was insatiable and also weaponized. "Sexual offender" is much more apt…

I love how Jerry ends up so much :)

George C. Scott is one of the more under-appreciated actors that's ever been….any time I see mention of him it's because of Patton (because obviously) or "TURN IT OFF" (also obviously, but the two seem to be in polar opposite contexts…)

I think Chowderbatter is making a comparison in actual talent and longevity, not comedic style…

This is a really strong article, honestly. My first instinct was to come to bitch about the fact that a story about two of the best artists in their field working together in their primes would be revelatory to precisely no one, but there's some excellent insights in here, so props to you, Hassenger.

Americans, amirite?
