In general, I absolutely loved this episode and it really tugged at the ol' heart strings, despite the line readings of Dev/Aziz's parents. I felt that their roles still worked because you got a sense of geniuniosity from them.
But as much as I like what the character Brian stands for, his acting feels so off. I'm

+1 for the slang use of "tight".

Needs more Requiem

I mean, having a father with such a legendary reputation, all of that pressure, how could BB-8 NOT adopt an unhealthy coping mechanism such as overeating?

I don't know what she was going for with the weird exasperated thing she did at the end but it was hilarious and I'd like to watch it over again. Emily Kinney is delightful. More of that and less crying. The world can't handle it when she cries (Talking Dead).

I found the Yoga song to be just really awkward. I can't speak on it in terms of if it was culturally tone-deaf but I was expecting more from a song that had such great visuals.
Still another great episode and I love that, despite Rachel Bloom's comedic strengths, this show is not just about everyone being quip

a dumpster fire that can't be tamed!

Lost me at Sudeikis, but Tim Robinson is a genius. Eh. Whatever. Nothing matters.

NOOO!!! Stop her before she's going to have it all!!!

I cannot tell a lie. That "Cool for the Summer" song, however derivative it may be, has been stuck in my head since I heard it. That new trend of really breathy (or however you describe that recording?) vocals appeals to my pop tendencies unfortunately.

You ever wonder if, outside of Age of Ultron, Andy Serkis just thinks, "What? I'm not good enough as is?" Hmm. He might be a sad boy.

Ew. I just can't with this. I mean, they let one of THEM in the movie? Why? This movie is for us! Not them!

Good relations with the wookies, I have

Last I remember he was a DC guy. That of course didn't satisfy my needs so following him on twitter but being too eager by being the first to like his tweets consistently was a start.

God Bless Sean McKeever. His Spider-Man Loves MaryJane title was great fun. I wish he did more Marvel stuff.

Karolina ended with Lightspeed? What?! When? I loved BKV's take on Julie Power.
Sidenote: The less said about CB Cebulski's Loners mini the better. What a wasted opportunity.

"I liked how the most reasonable adult during the Avengers affair was Spider-Man"

If you get the chance, track down his sketchbook "Sweetness". Him and Christina Strain make an incredible pair.
But really, I think he's my favorite contemporary comic book artist. Such a unique style. My elitism is showing that I'm kind of glad he's not littered all over various Marvel books like other played out

I can't help but think . . .what would happen if he just died tomorrow?

Kids love Howard Stern knock-offs!
