Yeah, I think you're right and Felicity is the only one that knows. I thought they'd segue into Oliver confessing that to Digg when Digg was going on about Andy leaving behind his family for so long, it seemed a natural stepping off point.

I thought it was pretty cool, but about halfway through it got to the point of "how the hell is that guy still standing", which kind of ruined it a bit.

Having it be Felicity would be the darkest option and you're right, she's essential to the team. It's hard to see how they'd be able to continue to operate without her technical expertise because her systems are so sophisticated now (plus there's the money side of it as well).

Yeah, that and the fact that she took down a hall full of Ghosts pushed things a bit far.

I don't know if he was unhinged. He was brutal, but he was efficiently brutal, if that makes sense. He's already shown that he's fine with remorseless killing, which is where he was at initially. The bigger change is probably showing how irresponsible Oliver gradually started to give a shit about innocent people and

Great episode. Got to love a Diggle-centric one. If the show is going to focus on the supporting cast, they should be giving Digg a lot more screentime instead of Laurel. David Ramsay did a fantastic job.

I think the fight scenes suffer a bit from having, for example, Oliver taking on three guys at once. Sometimes you can almost see the fighters counting out the beats to remember who they're supposed to be hitting next.

Yeah, I remember the early season fights being a lot more brutal and Oliver showed his athleticism a lot more. I wish they'd get back to some of that.

I'd be happy with him doing the directing the fight sequences from now on, but there were a few weird bits during the non action scenes.

Keeping Malcom was a mistake, I think, as much as I love John Barrowman. He was so menacing in season 1 and a lot of that bite has just gone. He's like Team Arrow's tame assassin these days.

If that was Fergus' intention, for her to simply watch the battle, he's basically setting her up to to be dismissed by the clans (even more so than she already is). She's the future queen and to stand on the sidelines of the battle makes her look weak.

Yeah, Hook's hook isn't well done at all if you look at it too closely. Or look at it at all.

I think we can put Hook's continued appearance down to the fact that he is outrageously attractive in pirate get up.

So you're saying Hook and Robin should get together instead? Because I approve of that.

I'm going to explain it by saying "it's magic".

It's impossible to try and make sense of the different lands and the distance between them, or even if they're in the same world as each other. For instance, Merida's kingdom seems to be in the same world as the Enchanted Kingdom to allow Red to have traveled there looking for werewolves, same with Arendelle. After

I didn't like the Bear King for being shoehorned into the major arc, or on its own merits. Merida is an irritating character that I don't really care about. She is constantly pitched at that half angry/half worried point and you can't sustain an entire episode around that.

Which is why I specified Cisco as an alternative.

At least until Lance pulls out the "what are your intentions with my (step) daughter" speech. You know he's gotta have one in the back pocket ready to go.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by how they dealt with the relationship stuff. Normal CW treatment would have been irrational yelling, a break up that neither party wanted, moon eyes interspersed with snarky comments and then make up sex, possibly with some alt pop song playing in the background.
