Honestly this largely just looks unpleasant. The start hooked me in with the police-horror angle and some trippy imagery, but I think they lost me at the (implied) eye-stabbing. Sometimes nastiness is just nastiness.

Huh. I know very little about comics, and, when leafing through random ones at the library, decide almost entirely based on the art, and I really like the art on this.
