Holly Taylor was really great this week (again). I really hope she has a good career after the show.

The devastation on Philip's face was amazing
All Renee wanted was to get Stan worked up (or maybe come out to him) by sharing her story about skinny dipping with a girlfriend, but she had to listen to his dumb story about his "thing". Geez.
Were Stan and Renee watching "Breaking Away"?
The scene with Matthew was well done. Halfway through I though "dammit, it is doing to get rapey" but then Paige shoved him back six feet "oh yeah, she's been learning from Elizabeth—no its not"
but they weren't officially together, right? So he was thinking that he told her he loved her and it was unreciprocated.
wow. I'd need two hands to count the Emmys that are deserved from the first scene alone. I loved how they used Gabriel's arm pouring tea to frame some of those shots.
"…visibly upset about what Peyton chooses to do with her own body.."…..Isn't Peyton now upset with Ravi for what he has chosen to do with his own body? How are these different reactions and how is one acceptable and the other not?
Ravi—I think the things on forks are called "tines". "Prongs" are something else.
Man, Liv has been taking quite a few appreciative glances at Clive this episode!
If it isn't tarter sauce, what else could it be?
was the locker room "yum yum" meant to be homoerotic? If so, they totally nailed it. Yum yum indeed.
What is it about iTunes? Every week they upload Elementary episodes that only have audio and it takes them a really long time to fix it. Everything has gone downhill after Steve Jobs died!
Wouldn't they have invented better shaving technology? How can a leader of a planet walk his kid to school without a huge cadre of security?
or what about creating a child and a divorce out of thin air to make the viewer think suicide is on the table?
so how is creating a previously unknown to the viewer technology to save a main character and push along the narrative "a strong narrative gambit" and not bad sci-fi?
So wait, they could have taken the entire crowd and transferred them to the Rocinante after all. bummer.
yeah I forgot Yong-Hee and Elizabeth were connected through Mary Kay. Also I was pretty tired when watching it so I wasn't thinking much outside of the moment.
So that is it for Auggie Anderson?
Umber really needs a belt.
