I'm imagining a Krystal and heavily pregnant Helana pairing parachuting onto the island to save the day. Helena looks on approvingly as Krystal kills someone with a high heel.

In the scene where Sarah and Rachel are fighting, there is a scene where Rachel is on the ground crawling toward the camera. It reminded me of the old film "Freaks". Sarah later says "you're one of us" making me think the reference was intentional.
